Luciano Cirrito: Crêpes du Monde was born from the desire to give value to a common dish, the crepe, and elevate it to gourmet status. After three years of intense work, we have succeeded in creating an original gourmet dish at our pilot restaurant in Playa de Aro.

Luciano Cirrito: What we love and are passionate about is that people come not only for the food, but also for the experience. We want them to enjoy our artisanal food and have an artistic experience, which is why our restaurants are decorated and inspired by Salvador Dalí. Luciano Cirrito: I envision a solid network of franchisees, a big family, locations in major cities, and perhaps in mountainous areas because crepes are popular in the mountains. I would like people to recognize the Crêpes du Monde brand as something high-quality and gourmet, and to have a good time.
